These regulations define the terms of cooperation with Nordic Star Business Hub based in Wrocław at 28 Świdnicka St. We provide services in the field of ESG consulting and support in ecological reporting. By using our services, you accept the terms described below. Our goal is clear and honest cooperation with Wrocław entrepreneurs.

We operate in accordance with applicable Polish law. All consultations and prepared documents aim to support the development of your company. Nordic Star Business Hub makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is reliable and up-to-date.

Cooperation begins by establishing the scope of the audit or report during an individual consultation. The client is obliged to provide true data regarding the consumption of their company's resources. Nordic Star Business Hub is not responsible for investment decisions made by the client based on the provided studies.

All implementation deadlines are set individually before the work begins. Please report any comments regarding the project via email or phone. We strive to ensure that our services are carried out efficiently and without unnecessary downtime in your work.

Service prices provided on the site are for information purposes. Final pricing depends on the size of the company and the complexity of reporting. Payments are made based on issued VAT invoices, payable within 14 days of the issue date. In the case of individual orders, we may request a down payment before starting work.

All materials, studies, and reports prepared by Nordic Star Business Hub constitute our intellectual property. The client receives the right to use them solely for their own business needs. It is forbidden to copy, modify, and share our proprietary methodologies with third parties without obtaining written consent.

We do not guarantee the achievement of specific financial or investment results through the implementation of ESG recommendations, because they depend on many market factors over which we have no direct influence. We are only responsible for the professional and timely execution of the commissioned consulting services.
